Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing and using Mazi Inc.'s engineering services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mazi Inc.'s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our engineering services are provided for legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, technical documentation, and proprietary information created by Mazi Inc. remain the intellectual property of Mazi Inc. until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Client-provided materials, designs, and specifications remain the property of the client. Mazi Inc. will not disclose or use client proprietary information except as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.

4. Confidentiality

Mazi Inc. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable non-disclosure agreements. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

5. Project Agreements

All engineering projects will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Acceptance criteria
• Termination conditions

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• 50% deposit upon project initiation
• 25% upon completion of major milestones
• 25% upon project completion and delivery

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mazi Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

Mazi Inc. warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with generally accepted engineering standards. This warranty extends for a period of 90 days from project completion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.

10. Changes to Terms

Mazi Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
